Mediation Rates

Half-Day Mediation: $2,800
Includes up to 4 hours of mediation time

Full-Day Mediation: $5,600
Includes up to 8 hours of mediation time

Additional Time: $700/hour
Flat rates include reasonable preparation, including review of briefs and pre-mediation calls with counsel. Preparation substantially beyond that, such as review of voluminous exhibits or additional sessions, is billed at $700/hour only with advance notice to counsel. There are no administrative fees.
All rates reflect the total mediation fee, not a per-party charge. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are divided equally among the participating parties.
Payment is due no later than ten days prior to the scheduled mediation. Mediation briefs should also be submitted at that time.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum fee of $1,750 will be charged for any mediation canceled with less than 7 days’ notice. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fee will be communicated before the new date is confirmed.
