Rates & Availability

At Pacific Resolution, we offer straightforward and competitive mediation rates designed to reflect the value of our experience and the efficiency of our process.

Mediation Rates

Half-Day Mediation: $3,500

Includes up to 4 hours of mediation time, plus reasonable preparation

Full-Day Mediation: $7,000

Includes up to 8 hours of mediation time, plus reasonable preparation

Additional Time: $575/hour

All preparation time, including review of briefs and pre-mediation calls with counsel, is included in the flat half-day and full-day rates. There are no administrative or hidden fees.

Unless otherwise agreed, mediation fees are split equally among parties. Payment is due no later than ten days prior to the scheduled mediation. Mediation briefs should also be submitted at that time.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum fee of $2,000 (equivalent to 4 hours) will be charged for any mediation canceled with less than 7 days’ notice.

Availability

Mediations are conducted via Zoom by default. In-person sessions may be available upon request, depending on the parties’ preference and the mediator’s schedule. To check availability or schedule a mediation, please contact us directly:
