Mediator Profile 

Jacob C. Gonzales is an experienced and skilled business trial attorney and mediator. He handles an extensive range of high-stakes, complex litigation matters including disputes involving real estate, partnerships, shareholder rights, breaches of fiduciary duty, corporate governance, employment, and contracts.

Jacob has tried 18 cases to verdict or judgment and brings practical, real-world insight to resolving commercial disputes through mediation. In addition to private practice, he served as Judge Pro Tem for the Orange County Superior Court.

 

Before founding Pacific Resolution and his own boutique litigation firm, Jacob was a partner at Weintraub Tobin, where he chaired the firm’s litigation department. Prior to that, he was a partner with Waldron & Bragg LLP, a respected Newport Beach litigation boutique.

He continues to represent a wide range of clients—from established companies to family-run businesses—in state and federal courts throughout California. Jacob is a native of Orange County and a graduate of Mater Dei High School and the USC Gould School of Law.
