Our Mediation Approach
Pacific Resolution offers mediation of commercial, real estate, and partnership disputes by Jacob C. Gonzales, a business trial lawyer with more than two decades of experience and 18 cases tried to verdict or judgment. He has participated in more than 100 mediations as lead counsel and served as Judge Pro Tem for the Orange County Superior Court.
That background shapes how he mediates: candid, informed assessment of how a case is likely to play out at trial or in arbitration, delivered to each side in confidence, so parties can make clear-eyed decisions about settlement.
